MEET THE FOUNDER
Allison Taylor Min
Allison’s path to college sports is an underdog in every sense. Her journey to the collegiate level was grueling yet transformative. The four-year experience shaped her far beyond the game itself. The gift of not being the star player and competing for playing time, the politics that most athletes know well, it gave her something greater: the chance to uplift her teammates, to spark inspiration, to cultivate joy and fun, and ultimately to discover that she was much more than any sport could ever define.
Her athletic journey lit a fire in her, one she carried into her career. Early on, she realized the traits she had honed as an athlete—resilience, discipline, and drive—were rare and powerful. Yet, she also learned that if she gave those qualities away without intention—to companies, relationships, or friend groups—they could be drained rather than directed. With the guidance of mentors and coaches, Allison learned to channel her strengths in service of her own goals and dreams, not just those drawn out by a team or coach.
By age 30, she had achieved the corporate and financial milestones many only aspire to, earning a leadership seat at the table and a salary to match. She was entrusted with solving the most complex problems and systems in her company, and she credited her success to her roots as an athlete. But it was during one high-stakes boardroom presentation—before investors, executives, and directors—that she had a powerful realization: workplaces, communities, and families everywhere would thrive if former female athletes were at the helm, fully in their power.
Today, her mission is to help empower former athletes to awaken their ability to uplift a world that urgently needs their fierce dedication, resilience, and natural capabilities.
